Meet Erin
I am Erin Barbato, a multimodality, board certified equine massage practitioner. I graduated from the Bancroft School of Massage in Worcester, Massachusetts in a rigorous, hands-on program in 2022. I achieved my board certification in 2023, and have gone on to attain multiple certifications. This continuation of education allows me to consistently increase my knowledge of horses, anatomy, massage techniques, and complementary therapies that can assist your horse in feeling their best.
Every massage starts and ends with the horse. They control the speed, depth, tempo, and strokes I use. They are continually communicated with throughout the session to ensure maximum results and comfort. As client communication is of utmost importance, each session concludes with in-depth, personalized session notes sent to each client, caregiver, and/or rider. I work with all levels and abilities of horses, from FEI Grand Prix dressage horses to backyard best friends.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my husband, two children, and two rescue dogs. I also enjoy hiking, paddleboarding, reading, and spending time with friends.
